Order Processing
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 (noon) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via tracked courier. A tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of payment, please contact us.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made to a physical address — we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery and sign. If no one is available, the courier will reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot.
- Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any visible damage to the courier and notify us within 24 hours.
Oversize and Freight Items
Large items such as inverters, battery systems, and solar panel pallets may require a freight courier. Delivery fees for these items are calculated at checkout. Our team may contact you to confirm delivery logistics before dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. For neighbouring SADC countries, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
